1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers following your authentication and authorization. We do not receive your Google password.

We process profiles, puzzle and learning records, collections, saved or posted content, and inquiries. When you purchase products or use paid features, we also process order details, payment status, and access entitlements.

We also collect any optional reason or message you provide when closing your account. You can proceed without providing this feedback.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, display profiles, save learning records and creations, deliver purchased products and features, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and resolve technical issues.

Information received from Google is used for sign-in, account management, and the profile features you use.

Optional account closure feedback is used to identify problems and improve the app.

3. Cookies and operational records

We use cookies and similar browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and display preferences. Disabling them may prevent some features from working.

Our infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, access times, requests, and device or browser information to deliver and protect the service and investigate technical issues.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use Google and Supabase for authentication and data management, and Vercel and Cloudflare for delivery and protection. Depending on the features you use, services such as Wix, Stripe, and AWS may also process information for purchases, payments, and content delivery. We send these services information needed to provide the relevant features.

Their terms and privacy policies also govern their handling of information. Information may be processed or stored outside Japan.

Creations and profile information you choose to publish may be viewed by others according to the selected visibility. We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except for service provision through providers, with your consent, for legal requirements, or other applicable lawful grounds.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app. After account deletion, information associated with use of the account, such as profile information, learning records, collections, and saved or posted content, is deleted. However, purchase and payment records and other necessary information may be retained for a necessary period for purposes such as verifying transactions, handling refunds, preventing misuse, or complying with legal requirements.

Backups and records maintained by external service providers are handled according to their respective retention and deletion cycles, so not all records may be erased at the same time as account deletion.

We limit access to information as necessary and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

You can request account closure and deletion from Settings after signing in. Without a subscription, the request proceeds to deletion processing. With an active subscription, account closure is scheduled for the end of the subscription period. You can cancel a scheduled closure in Settings before deletion.

After account deletion, profile information and data associated with use of the app are deleted. However, as described in Section 5, purchase and payment records and other information necessary for verifying transactions, preventing misuse, or complying with legal requirements may be retained after account deletion.

If you cannot sign in or complete the process, or wish to request access, correction, deletion of specific information, or restriction of use, contact us below. We may verify your identity and will handle requests in accordance with the request and applicable law.

You can revoke this app's access from your Google Account. Revoking access does not itself delete information already stored in this app. To delete your account, use the account closure option in Settings or contact us for assistance.

7. Policy updates

We update this page when the service or our handling of information changes. We communicate significant changes through appropriate means, such as notices within the service.
