1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Stripeddots (service brand: YADORU|宿る, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
The Service is a web service designed to help users discover, collect, enjoy, and naturally learn kanji through art.
The Service may provide kanji art viewing and collection features, puzzles, Japanese compound words (jukugo), learning records, collections, user-created or saved content, digital products, and other features.
Features, content, names, designs, and conditions of use may be changed, added, or discontinued as necessary to improve or operate the Service.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Some features of the Service require sign-in using a Google Account or another sign-in method supported by the Service.
You are responsible for appropriately managing your account and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use.
When you use Google Sign-In, the Service does not receive your Google Account password.
If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account or believe your account may have been compromised, please contact us promptly.
4. User-created and saved content
The Service may allow you to create, save, or publish profiles, puzzles, collections, and other content.
You are generally responsible for the content you create or provide through the Service.
We may process content stored through the Service to the extent necessary to operate, display, store, back up, and provide the Service's features.
Content you choose to make public may be viewed by other users according to the visibility settings you select.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, harass other users, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
You must not impersonate the Service or another person, misuse the Service using false information, intentionally place excessive load on the system, or compromise the security of the Service.
You must not post or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
If prohibited conduct is identified, we may take measures reasonably necessary to protect the Service, including restricting or removing content, limiting features, or suspending an account.
6. Products, paid features, and payments
The Service may offer digital products, paid features, subscriptions, or other products and services.
Please review the price, features, duration, purchase conditions, and other important terms displayed when making a purchase or subscription.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers. The terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider may also apply to payment processing.
Where specific cancellation or refund conditions are displayed for a purchase, those conditions apply, without limiting any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Subscriptions
Where subscriptions are offered, fees, billing periods, included features, and other conditions are governed by the information displayed when you subscribe.
Cancellation of a subscription or closure of an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of charges already incurred or periods already used, except where required by law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If you request account closure while an active subscription remains, account closure and deletion may be scheduled for the end of the applicable subscription period. Please review the instructions displayed during the process.
8. Account closure and deletion
You can request account closure and deletion from Settings after signing in.
After account deletion, information associated with use of the account, such as profile information, learning records, collections, and saved or posted content, is deleted.
However, purchase and payment records and other information necessary for verifying transactions, handling refunds, preventing misuse, or complying with legal requirements may be retained for a necessary period.

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in text, images, illustrations, designs, logos, software, and other content provided through the Service belong to their respective rights holders.
Unless expressly permitted or allowed by applicable law, content provided through the Service may not be reproduced, republished, sold, redistributed, or otherwise used without authorization.
Where separate usage or license terms are displayed for a purchased digital product, those terms apply to that product.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination of the Service
We may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service due to maintenance, technical issues, security needs, changes to third-party services, or other operational reasons.
For significant changes or discontinuation of the Service, we will provide notice through the Service or another appropriate method where reasonably practicable.
11. Warranties and liability
We aim to provide the Service reliably, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, free from errors or interruptions, or that all information will always be complete or accurate.
Features may become unavailable because of third-party services, communication networks, devices, browsers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Liability arising in connection with the Service is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
If a dispute relating to the Service arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
